Your identity is not disclosed at any stage of the reporting process. Only the information you enter into the form or upload as a file is visible to those handling your report. UNITAX-Pharmalogistik GmbH does not access any additional data that could identify you.

Please be aware that documents and images may contain metadata (e.g., device information, timestamps, or location data). These are not automatically removed. If you wish to remain fully anonymous, we recommend clearing such metadata before uploading your files.

Begin by selecting the category that best fits the nature of your concern. Provide a detailed description and, if needed, upload relevant supporting documents. Before submitting, you can review all the information entered on a summary page.

Once the report has been successfully submitted, a unique password will be generated. Please store this password securely — it is required to view future updates to your report.

You will receive confirmation of receipt within 7 days. Your report will then be reviewed within a period of up to 3 months, in accordance with the EU Whistleblowing Directive .
